What Should You Do In a Dental Emergency?

It’s important to be able to reach your regular dentist in the case of an emergency.

Emergencies happen, and we know that. There’s no limit to the types of dental emergencies that are possible.

Maybe your child fell at the water park and chipped a brand new front tooth. Or maybe you fell off your new mountain bike and several teeth are loose. Maybe you have a terrible toothache or you have a terrible toothache and your face is swollen. Or your child has a terrible toothache. Maybe you bit into Aunt Bertha’s turkey dinner and you broke a tooth or a tooth fell out.

These are all dental emergencies, and we’re going to be there for you. Don’t worry! Just call the main office number, 604-758-5840, and talk to the answering service.

Obviously, if this is life or death or involves profuse bleeding, call 9-1-1 or go to your closest hospital emergency room, and then call us.
